Intermediate yoga session with flowing poses

Lrintaflow — intermediate program

Yoga between comfort and challenge

Designed for practitioners who finished their beginner stage and want to go deeper — better alignment, longer holds, and sequences that actually require thought.

what the program covers

Structured practice across eight weeks

Each week focuses on a specific area — hip openers, shoulder mobility, balance sequences, and pranayama basics. The sessions run 45–60 minutes and are built to follow each other, so skipping modules creates gaps in the progression. Participants who arrive already holding sun salutations comfortably will find the first two weeks consolidating rather than repeating.

Interactive quizzes run after every third session to check alignment knowledge and breath technique understanding. Instant feedback shows exactly where a cue was misread or a pose constraint misunderstood — without waiting until the next session.

The quizzes after sessions were genuinely useful. I kept second-guessing my understanding of warrior II alignment and the feedback pinpointed exactly which cue I was reading wrong. Eight weeks felt right for the pace.

I had tried several video libraries before this. The difference here is the sequence logic — sessions clearly build on each other. Week five with the balance focus was where I noticed my standing poses actually getting more stable rather than just practiced.

Pranayama was always the part I skipped at studio classes because the instructor moved past it quickly. Having it as a dedicated module in week three with a knowledge check made me actually sit with it. The certificate at the end felt deserved rather than automatic.
